I love these guys (only one nitpick)

I’ve listened to these guys from the beginning. I love the casualness of the entire show. I enjoy the banter and their friendships with each other. I only have one nitpick…one the guys gets awfully dogmatic about their view of symbolism, generally, and dogmatic about their interpretation of any particular symbolism. Contrary to popular belief, not all young Masons are looking for deeper meaning, but rather fellowship, fraternity, and wisdom from their elders. Sometimes there is no deeper meaning in a particular thing. It is what it is, and that is ok. Forcing it is folly, and leads to poor interpretive method. Sometimes there is nothing to be seen in the spaces between letters and lines of a paragraph. I love that this show and group of brothers has given us all a respite from the dogmatic and snobby world of Masonic, pretentious esotericism…except when they don’t. That sounded like a negative review with a 5 star rating, it isn’t. These guys are amazing. I listen faithfully to what feel like my own friends. Keep it up, except for the random symbolic dogma pieces that one of the beloved hosts sometimes goes on.
